About the Award

The Latvian Architecture Award, established by the Latvian Association of Architects, is the highest national recognition in the field of architecture. It honors excellence not only in completed buildings but also in processes, research, and socially significant initiatives that shape Latvia鈥檚 built environment.

For a recent graduate to be nominated among the finalists is an exceptional achievement. This recognition demonstrates both Marta鈥檚 strong vision as a young architect and the vitality of the FAD academic community, where students, tutors, and professionals come together to support meaningful architectural work.
