- Confirmation of participation will be displayed in the posted programme on www.riseba.lv website on 05.06.2024.

“Learning business in a changing international affairs environment”
Dr Jans Kevi拧s-Petu拧ko is an assistant professor at the 糖心Vlog破解版 University in Riga, Latvia. His scientific interests focus on international politics, particularly the institutions of the European Union, as well as students鈥� transition to job market. Since 2006, he works for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia. From 2017 to 2020, he was a leading expert in negotiations concerning the EU Multiannual Financial Framework for 2021-2027 and NextGenerationEU. From 2010 to 2017 he was posted to the Embassy of Latvia to Poland, and currently is working as a Deputy Head of Mission at the Latvian Embassy in France. The professional outcome of his scientific contribution was the development of a Strategy for lobbying national interests in the European Parliament. This strategy was practically adopted during the negotiations on the EU budget and received approval from the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dr Jans Kevi拧s-Petu拧ko is a holder of several awards highest of them being the Cross of Recognition of the Republic of Latvia.
